The property was clean and staff was pleasant. The location was perfect and marvellous, so close to the race course, it's a plus. And it was also near to easy public transport as well as Sefton shopping centre. We had an absolutely fantastic breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my really nice 1 night stay here. The triple room was airy, included shower facilities and a hairdryer. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious, had a wide range of options. Everything exceeded high expectations, I will certainly stay here again.
